Chocolate Bar Boxes

We make boxes from 300 GSM food-safe boards. Then, we put on a coat that keeps wetness out as well as heat and small shocks.

Five sizes: mini, snack, standard, gourmet, and gift-60 by 40 by 10 mm; 80 by 50 by 10 mm; 100 by 60 by 10 mm;120 by 70 by 12 mm; and150 by 80 by 12 mm. All these sizes accommodate different weights and styles for bars.

A bar of 100 g gets into our standard͏ box (100 × 60 × 10 mm). The gourmet size (120 × 70 × 12 mm) packs two bars of 50 g each or up to five mini bars.

Yes. We include pre-assembled boxes with ribbon holes, magnetic closures, and tuck-end lids. Furthermore, we add tissue paper and custom inserts at no extra cost.

Yes. Chocolate is never in touch with harmful chemicals as we meet all FDA and EU food-safety rules in place.
